What We Offer
Personalized Care & Support
Every resident receives individualized care tailored to their emotional and physical needs, goals, strengths, and preferences.
Our well-trained mental health caregivers provide support, including help with daily activities, medication management, behavior support and skill building, transportation to appointments, healthy home cooked meals, crisis prevention, and de-escalation.

Our Story
Our story dates back to the late 1970s in a small village in western Kenya. Our founder, Fridah, grew up in an extended family and spent much of her childhood with her grandmother. Fridah’s grandmother believed she was born a healer, while her father hoped she would become a medical doctor. From an early age, Fridah was fascinated by human psychophysiology.
In 2021, Fridah found herself battling depression—something she hid well from the public, except for a few close friends who knew she was struggling. This challenging period, combined with her years of caregiving experience, helped her recognize that life is full of gray areas—times of uncertainty when compassion and support mean everything. Fridah transformed her pain into strength, returning to her true calling from childhood: helping others.
Bracole was created to be a safe place where individuals can find comfort, dignity, and unwavering support, regardless of their past.
The name Bracole comes from the names of Fridah’s two beloved children, symbolizing the endless love and commitment that guide everything we do. Here, care is not just a service—it’s a promise that extends beyond today, offering continuity, connection, and a lifelong sense of belonging.
Meet the Founder
Fridah Boehm, LPN, has spent her career providing compassionate care in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and in-home care settings. Her diverse experience has given her a deep understanding of the unique needs of each individual, inspiring her to create a home where residents receive personalized, dignified support in a warm and nurturing environment.
